Born and raised in a home filled with the comforting scents of traditional sweets and the warmth of family gatherings, Zuni’s passion for baking was ignited early on. Those moments in her childhood kitchen, kneading dough and sharing laughter, planted the seeds for what would become Biteganics.

After moving to Sydney, Australia, for higher education, Zuni discovered a new perspective on food—one that celebrated organic ingredients and sustainable practices. But it was motherhood that truly transformed her vision. As a mother of two, Zuni searched for treats that could delight her children without compromising their health. Frustrated by the lack of organic, wholesome cakes in the market, she took matters into her own hands. With a heart full of determination and a recipe for change, Biteganics was born—a bakery dedicated to crafting delicious, 100% organic cakes that nourish both body and soul.

Zuni’s Saudi heritage taught her the power of community, while her time in Australia inspired a commitment to sustainability.
